A stakes winner on her first run at four and then second to Ambition in the Prix Corrida, the five-year-old won a deserved first Group race in the Prix de Flore that October, having also placed third in the Prix de Pomone in August. Officially the highest rated mare in training, Grand Glory was second to Skalleti on her reappearance this term before another Group 3 strike in the Grand Prix de Vichy.
