"Magic Dream is a tall horse, a great mover with an amazing temperament. He was an excellent jumper with a lot of potential. I am convinced that he ticks a lot of boxes to become a good stallion. Il will bring some and size and quietness to a wide range of mares."

The SCEA des Prairies

The breeding operation of Magic Dream, Never On Sunday, Frankyfourfingers, Stormy Atlantic, Brownie, Apilobar and Texalina in Finistère, passed down by Bernard Jeffroy to his two sons Benoît and Thomas.

In June 2009, Benoît and Thomas Jeffroy took over the family breeding farm developed by their father Bernard in Plonevez-du-Faou, in Finistère. It was their grandfather Robert Jeffroy (cattle dealer) who started this activity with a few broodmares, then Bernard gradually increased this activity.

The Scea des Prairies breeding operation is made of more than 70 broodmares, in partnership with Haras de Castillon, and today has more than 200 acres. These rich pastures are therefore a real advantage for these two entities, which work in close collaboration.

A large part of the horses raised by Benoit and Thomas Jeffroy are intended for auction sales and a part is retained for racing.
