Caprice des Dieux honorable second in the Prix Eugene Adam Gr.2

Co-bred by Castillon and partners, Caprice des Dieux earns his first blacktype

Co-bred by the Scea des Prairies in partnership with the S.A.S. I.E.I, Chauvigny Global Equine, and the Haras de Castillon, Caprice des Dieux achieved a very good performance when taking the second place of this Group contest, a first attempt at this level.

After two successes at Nancy, including a Class 2, the colt of Jean de Ganay and Christian-Bernard Baillet won the Prix Reliance (Class 1) at Saint-Cloud. His trainer, Nicolas Clément, told us: “We had a clear race. The winner was up front, while riding steadily. Caprice des Dieux has accelerated well, but it has a little less profession. He is a horse that is still in full development, and I think he will age very well. For the rest, we have several options with him. Being a gelding, there is quite a bit of money to be taken in the US, so this may be an option. There are also some great races in France. The goal is not to rush. "

He was presented by Haras de Bourgeauville at the August Arqana yearling sale, where he was bought € 75,000 by Tina Rau Bloodstock and Nicola Clément.
